With an eye for design and an appreciation for locally-made art and items, our retail team makes sure visitors are equipped with everything they need to explore, and to keep memories of the Rockies alive on their return home. We have the power to turn any given moment into a memory, and our guest experience teams knows that better than anyone. We live and work in places of natural wonder that are bursting with the rich stories and characters of these places. Our interpretive team guides guests on a journey of discovery through the natural and human history of our backyards, while ensuring that everyone is kept safe at all times. Jobs with the interpretive guiding team include: Sightseeing Driver Guides; Boat Captains; Ice Explorer Drivers; Fishing Guides.
Our Support Services teams are based in Banff, Jasper, Canmore and Calgary. These teams provide support to our properties and experiences in the fields of IT, reservations, accounting, people & culture, sales and marketing and more.
