Our crew loves spending our days on the docks and our evenings exploring the emerald-green waters and rocky shorelines by kayak and fishing boat.

We host over 75,000 guests between May and early October and the lake.

Getting Around

Banff ROAM transit runs regularly from downtown Banff out to the lake, and many of our staff who live in town like to carpool.

Staff Accommodation

Our staff residences welcome a vibrant, diverse and inclusive community. Our residences have furnished bedrooms, common areas for socializing, and space for quiet time. Most of our accommodations are dormitory style, which means you will have one to four roommates with shared washroom, kitchen and common areas. Staff accommodation fees start from $15/day and are automatically payroll deducted. Water, power, heat, and basic Wi-Fi are included in staff accommodation fees.
