Our team here takes guests on a truly immersive culinary journey at the Maligne Canyon Wilderness Kitchen. A fully-redesigned experience opened in spring 2019, the Wilderness Kitchen brings to life the spirit of the Maligne Valley with live entertainment and a smoke-house inspired and locally-sourced menu.

Location

Nestled next to the rushing waters of Jasper National Park’s deepest gorge, Maligne Canyon is 15 minutes (10 km) from the community of Jasper.

Getting Around

The town of Jasper is a highly active mountain community that retains its small-town character while offering a full range of shops, restaurants and sporting outfitters. Our staff shuttle runs daily between town and Maligne Lake and makes a stop at the Canyon. Buddy up with friends with wheels to travel further afield.

Staff Housing

Stay cozy in staff accommodation at the canyon or in town, in shared housing suited to 2 – 3 roomies per room. All the bases are covered with Wi-Fi, cooking facilities, and a common area on site. Staff accommodation fees start from $15/day (+$5 for one awesome meal per day) and are automatically payroll deducted. Water, power, heat, and basic Wi-Fi are included in staff accommodation fees.
