LIVE & WORK AT MOTEL LAKE MCDONALD

Tucked away near the shores of scenic Lake McDonald, our smallest Glacier property is located inside the park along the Going-to-the-Sun Road. The close-knit team of Motel Lake McDonald enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and can chose to live off site or within our west-side community.

An historic location on the shore of Lake McDonald, 10 miles from West Glacier, 20 miles from Columbia Falls and 36 miles from Kalispell.

Summer Guests

We host over 4,000 guests June through September in our 27 guest rooms.

Stay Nourished

Ample facilities for cooking and food storage available for you to prepare your meals from the comforts of your own living space. Discounts are also provided in our West Glacier Grocery Store and Cafe.

Love being able to disconnect from the world? There is Wi-Fi here but no cell phone service, so this is a great place to get away from it all.

Getting Around

Get out and about on regular employee shuttles and Park shuttles. We’re walking distance to Lake McDonald, hiking trails and the Going-to-the-Sun Road.
